Returns Policy
We are pleased to accommodate “change of mind” returns within 14 days for all online hair extensions orders that have not been opened, worn or tampered with and security stickers as well as packaging are still intact and in perfect condition. If the stickers are removed from the outer box, it indicates that the extensions have been opened and we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange as hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Please note that the original delivery cost paid is non-refundable and returns will be at the customer's cost. All returns must be shipped to us with your preferred tracked shipping option. We are not responsible for lost returns and lost returns will not be refunded.
Good news is that all online orders come with a tester strand that you can use to see if the colour is a good match without having to open the main hair extensions box and be eligible for a return or exchange if the colour doesn't match or you've changed your mind about the purchase.
If your return does not comply with our policy and is unable to be accepted, your order will be returned and a small shipping fee is liable to be paid by the customer.
No refunds or exchange on any items purchased in person or from our stockists due to hygiene reasons.
Returns Outside of Europe
If you are returning your item from outside the European Union, your postal service will provide you with a customs form. This will need to be visible on your returned parcel. You must clearly write the following on the customs form: Returns Item - No Duties. If you fail to do this, your item will be returned back to you before it reaches us at Volumi.
The good news is that all sets of Volumi hair extensions will come with a tester piece on a separate card which will be sent with your online extensions order. You should open and take the tester weft out first to determine if the color and length is a good match. Please note that a tester piece is part of the full extensions set and is required to be shipped back in its original condition, with your order if you require a refund.

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please:
- Contact us at volumihairextensions@gmail.com to notify us of your return and we will provide you with the address for returns. Please include your name and the order number.
- Please also include a note inside your returns parcel with your name, email and order number.
- The goods are your responsibility until they have been received by Volumi, therefore we recommend using a tracked shipping option. Once you have notified us, you must return the item back to us immediately.
